Germany is preparing to start new tests next week to find out
who has already had the coronavirus. The tests will look for
antibodies in the blood, with the aim of working out infection rates.

If one state tries to reopen the economy prematurally, the other states should hold

inappropriate demonstrations.
The question is, now that some people have been exposed, some have died, and some have
recovered, how vulnerable are the remaining people? The fact that the number of new
infections per day has not decreased indicates that there are plenty of people yet who
have not been exposed.
Switching factories from making automobiles to much smaller ventilators should make
